Autumn Show & Horse Trials
26, 27 September 2026
Guests of all ages (and their canine companions) will enjoy this jam-packed outing. The 2026 Autumn Show & Horse Trials will once again feature the prestigious South of England International Horse Trials, affiliated with British Eventing. The Horse Trials, now in its 50th year at Ardingly, attracts leading equestrian talent.
Throughout the weekend, there will be a variety of countryside sports, displays, and ‘have-a-go’ activities, all aimed at celebrating the joys of rural life and equestrian pursuits.
The Bentley Wood Fair & Country Show 2026
A fun three day event for all of the family. The Event will be open from 9.30 to 5pm on each day. Dogs are more than welcome with their leads on!
Tonbridge Food and Drink Festival
A celebration marking its 12th year, featuring world flavours, artisan Kentish cheeses, fresh breads, and craft stalls.

The Agria Royal International Horse Show
The Agria Royal International Horse Show at Hickstead is one of the pinnacles of the summer season. Thousands of equestrian fans are expected to flock here to the All England Jumping Course to watch international highlights such as the Agria Nations Cup of Great Britain, the JCL Insurance Brokers Queen Elizabeth II Cup and the Al Shira'aa King George V Gold Cup.
The Village Green provides the perfect respite from the equestrian action, with entertainment to capture the whole family from children's arts & crafts workshops and face painting, to magic shows and live choir performances!

Offering all ages the chance to connect with the countryside and have a great day out, the South of England Show features a non-stop programme of agricultural and equestrian displays, country pursuits, live entertainment, rural crafts and an abundance of food, drink and shopping opportunities.
Featuring a variety of entertainment, including international showjumping, heavy horse displays, scurry racing, equine and livestock judging. The vintage agricultural machinery ring is back with demonstrations and displays, plus a new countryside ring with ferrets, wood chopping and more. Plus, there’s forestry, falconry, fly casting, and many more rural industries and crafts for visitors to experience and enjoy!

Royal Windsor Horse Show
Taking place from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th May 2026, the Royal Windsor Horse Show is the only time of year the private grounds of Windsor Castle are open to the public. A week of top-level international equestrian competition across the FEI disciplines of Show Jumping, Driving, and Endurance reaches its pinnacle on the Sunday with the Rolex Grand Prix. Elsewhere, the Show delights visitors with four arenas of prestigious Showing classes, thrilling international equestrian and military displays and a huge country lifestyle shopping village, making for the perfect family day out this Spring.

Mansion Market
The Mansion Markets are predominantly artisan craft markets and take place three times a year, in May, October and December. They offer a pleasant and social occasion to browse the huge variety of stalls, buy handmade and unique presents, eat tasty food, and relish the ambience of Kidbrooke Mansion. The Market is organised by two volunteers who are supported at the events by a dedicated group of friends of the School on a voluntary basis. All profits from table fees go to improving facilities for the students.
